Policy We accept checks, money order, direct deposit, and wire transfer only. Please contact us if you prefer other forms of payment. We
can also email you an invoice for
payment. Please not that we no longer accept PayPal for payment. While we are working to remove any PayPal link, it may be possible that we have missed some. If you decide to pay via PayPal, you are doing so at your own risk.
If you are unsatisfied with your
purchase, you must return the item(s) for refund or exchange within seven days
of receipt.
Custom orders are
non refundable. We do not accept any other form of payment for custom order other than Wire Transfers or direct deposit. We will send progress of your item(s)
and update you with the status on request or as it becomes available.
100% payment is required on all custom orders below US$10,000 and 70% on custom order in the amount of US$10,000 or more. Effective immediately, we can no longer accept credit card
payments for custom order transactions above $1,000 due to many
fraudulent transactions over the years. Please kindly understand that we are an import
company of "hand crafted" items. This means that sometimes, there
are delays involved in your custom order due to the length of transit
period or the hold up period with U.S. Custom. Please know, that
our custom broker and shipping agent do their best work to get the
shipment to us on time. There are occasions, while not often, that
the artists take longer than anticipated due to the natural causes.
Some of our products also involve "aging process".
These things cannot be rushed. If you are someone who is looking
for a rush job or a quick fix, we cannot help you. Please
look elsewhere for service. We want to provide our clients with
finest work of art possible and we truly appreciate your patience.
We ship our items
Priority Mail insured via US postal service or ground service insured
depending on the item. For "made to order" items, shipment can be made
directly to you from Thailand. Shipping charges via online checkout
are for shipments within the USA only.
If you are located outside the USA, please kindly contact us for
appropriate shipping charges or we will send you an invoice for
additional shipping charges for best shipping method.
Please note that we do
not release any of our client’s information to any third party. Clients'
shipping and contact information are for internal use only.
